Skill level: Intermediate to advanced
 
Recommended experience:

• Sewing pleats and ruffles
• Detailed work including small seams and attaching a collar
• French seams or serger/zigzag finishing
• Creating buttonholes (not covered in these instructions)

You also have to be able to figure out how much to cut away from the lace insert line according to the width of your chosen lace. We explain how to insert a 4cm lace. This pattern requires you to be able to make some sewing decisions on your own according to your own wants and preferences.

The pattern seems a lot more complex than it is, and is a very enjoyable project. We believe that you can do anything you set your mind to! Read through the pattern description very carefully before starting. This sewing description has pictures.
