Refund policy

Since every garment we sell is made to order, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

To address this, we offer the option to request custom sizing for garments before shipping. Please see our sizing chart for more details.

We are a very small business, primarily managed by one person, and we have been unable to find an efficient and and cost-effective method of handling returns.

Order cancellations
All orders have a 12-hour cancellation window. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team within this time frame at info@mariajuterud.com. MARIA JUTERUD reserves the right to charge a 10% transaction fee on all custom orders, and orders over €300. The fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Customs and duties
For the reasons outlined in our shipping policy, you are liable for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
In the event that the items are not collected or the required duties and taxes remain unpaid, they will be returned to us. As previously stated, you will not receive a refund. Please contact us to get the item re-shipped to you.
