Shipping policy
Every garment we sell is made to order, what does that mean?
Made to order means the garment you buy does not get made until after you order, and it is made specifically with you in mind. This is gentler on the environment since we do not overproduce. Every piece of clothing we make is made with love in our studio in Oslo, Norway.
Custom orders can have a longer production time, depending on the order. If you are in a rush, we can try to the best of our abilities to prioritize your order. If you are in a rush, please don't hesitate to contact us. Most times we are able to accommodate for this.
During busy times like holidays or product launches, customers may experience some extra processing time for their orders. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Usual processing time for all our garments are 6-8 weeks from order date, see the top of this page for exceptions.

Customs and duties
When you buy a product from us from outside of Norway you effectively become an importer and become liable to Customs and Excise Duty as well as VAT payments, DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties in these cases. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we advise you to contact your local customs office.
In the event that the items are not collected or the required duties and taxes remain unpaid, they will be returned to us. As stated in our refund policy, you will not receive a refund. Please contact us to get the item re-shipped to you.
